Returns:

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be in their original condition.

Handmade boxes may show slight variations in colour or finish — this is normal and not a reason for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges & Custom Orders:

We cannot accept returns on customised or personalised orders, unless the product is faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
